“Everything was clean! Really enjoyed my stay”

“Very clean. Communication with host was excellent. Parking was secure.”

“The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still……

“There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub……

“This little apartment in N. Dallas was a certainly a clean and comfortable space, and the pool was a fun feature. However, the unit was difficult to access. We spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to find the building itself, as well as the individual apartment. No elevators made it a little difficult getting up 2 flights of stairs with a weeks worth of luggage. Also, if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to find a different location, as the neighbors clearly use it.”

“Was great location for us not far from our daughters house. Lots of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.”

“This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused……

“The hosts are the sweetest people you will meet and very accommodating! Check-in and check-out was so easy. The place was so beautiful and clean. I loved that they had a little snack basket and water in the fridge. I will definitely stay there again!!”
