" The room I was assigned to (117) did not have heat, which was fine doing the day, but coming in at night the room was chilly. Other than that, the staff was great."

"I gave the property five stars all the way around. The only disappointment was one that was out of the hosts control, which was the lake was so low we couldn’t use the home for what we rented it for… the water access! We understand it happens and we’d rent from them again!"

"The hotel was very nice great location unfortunately our shower door was broke and would not close and there was no staff to come and fix it that night and we did not want to move rooms. The pool was closed and not working. I don’t know if that’s normal or not but property other than that was in great condition and I’m sure it was just the room needed help with the shower door."

"There was a threat of an ice storm. Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."
