“Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. “The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of.”

“I booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held.
This kind of an experience which disabled people to reach……
