We enjoyed the space and appreciated Vittorio for upgrading our room to a balcony with a lake view, providing helpful recommendations, and going out of his way to help us secure transportation quickly so we could make it to our train. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the room was bright and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to others!”

“Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry stop. It was very confusing to find the building as the end is hidden and is accessed via a narrow hallway and the hotel reception is on the second floor of the building. However breakfast at the restaurant below is lovely and the staff were great. The room overlooking the square are so picturesque but this is a very busy location above a popular ice……

“Fantastic location for Lazise. The room was perfect for us only staying 1 night but will definitely be looking to come back and stay longer. Virtually no noise from the bars and restaurants was noticeable in the room at night. The room was spotless clean. A nice hot shower in the morning and coffee machine a nice touch. Everything in Lazise from here is a 5min walk. We felt like we had come across a real jem finding this and like I said can't wait to come back soon”

“I haven't stayed in this hotel since 2012 and I must say its an incredible property in the perfect setting. However, on the first night we witnessed the restaurant staff have an absolute meltdown, it was embarrassing for all involved. The GM apologised and after that day everything was reasonably normal, however, there was an issue, and we never went back in the evenings. The main restaurant (Oseleta) on the other hand was truly exceptional, which is why it now has a Michelin star... The food……

“Die Lage des Hotels war ideal – direkt in der Altstadt und dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Eine Parkgarage ist in etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. “This hotel was outstanding. Everything was so well thought out to make life easier. They even booked us a car park spot in Garda town for free one evening. Staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just a chilled out pleasant place to stay. Very popular with our German cousins, many who brought their well behaved and adorable doggies. Nice people, smart hotel without being stuffy. Cannot recommend enough!”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The……

“Wir hatten für den 30.08.26 bis 02.09.26 ein Privilege-Zimmer gebucht und waren vor allem von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr enttäuscht. Schon im ersten Zimmer wirkte das Bad nur sehr, sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. In der Dusche waren noch Shampoo- bzw. Seifenreste, die Silikonfugen waren teilweise schwarz verfärbt, die Duschwanne hatte dunkle Flecken und im Nassbereich und auf den Armaturen waren deutliche Kalkablagerungen. Auch die Fliesenkanten waren stark verstaubt. Generell waren die……
