“This is an accommodation without a reception on the premises, Had asked for early check-in, but did not get a useful response. Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel. However, waited until half an hour after the latest check-in time and then contacted the off-site office and was told that they did not have a contact information that could be used. Room was OK, although there was a……

The apartment itself is spacious, quiet and with everything you need, even a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is a pretty new residence so everything is in good condition. Recommended!”

“The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also……

“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……
