“The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of……

“We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. ”

“Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station.”

“雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。”
