“This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. “Imødekommende personale, vi blev taget imod af Ormand og Tia, de gav grundig informationer om hotellet, oplevelser på hotellet og omkring liggende område. Der er gå afstand til indkøb og udendørs aktiviteter. Eneste der manglede var en legeplads og bedre guiding omkring at finde p kælderen inde på hotellet. Vi er blevet mødt med smilende og hjælpsom personale der tjekker op pr tlf om alt er okay. Lækker opvarmet pool, flot udsigt og lækker lejlighed med senge man sover godt i. ”

“Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine”

“Brilliantly located hotel with easy access to the lifts and also the forum area of Flaine, lots of local bars and restaurants to enjoy too, The Hotel is clean and spacious a with a large equipment room with boot dryer. The restaurant offers a good selection and changes daily, We very much enjoyed our stay truly a 5* 3*hotel! ”

“Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop……

“The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare. The location of the hotel was great, most comfortable bed (specially the pillows), friendly binlingual staff and manager. Thank you Les Jumeaux! Hope to see you again soon.”
