“Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather……

Le petit déjeuner continental est copieux, et adapté aux intolérances alimentaires. Et le bonus : quelle surprise, nous avons été surclassé ! Un grand merci à Morgane de la réception, qui a su répondre à nos questions avant le séjour et pendant. Et par son accueil très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! ”

“Great staff, especially Roman and Lucy at Reception. They were so welcoming and offered great tips for dining and parking around Chamonix during UMTB week. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car since it’s a little off the beaten path, but it was a great home base for our trip. ”
