「Séjour au calme , dans un cadre magnifique ,le chalet est idéalement conçu , très lumineux et très bien équipé . Les hôtes sont adorables, très à l’écoute .Tout est parfait ,seul regret les températures extérieures fraîches ( pendant notre séjour) nous empêchant de profiter de la magnifique terrasse à l’heure des repas et de sa vue , mais les baies vitrées de la salle de séjour compensent . 」

「J'ai séjourné dans ce logement durant 2 nuits autant la communication avec la propriétaire était très bien ainsi que la personne du ménage, autant le logement n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Anne est au courant et je suis certain que le nécéssaire sera fait... en attendant, la prestation actuelle n'est pas là.」

「Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un bon we en famille avec des petits (1 an et 3 ans). Nous avons eu à disposition une chaise haute, un lit bébé, des bouées et brassards pour la piscine, des jeux. Terrasse, BBQ, trampoline, piscine à 24C et jacuzzi à 37C ont ravi tout le monde.」

「The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. 「Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. "Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
