「Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. 「Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . 」
