"This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis. "

"The room was dirty, sheets weren’t clean, bathroom was filthy, each light was different and flickering, HVAC was SOOO loud we were up all night, hall HVAC was like a train going through the hall. Avoid like the plague!!!"

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"

"We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert. There were multiple big events going on in the area and the staff was still amazing. Check in was quick. Housekeeping was polite. The building stayed clean even with the non stop traffic. Always enjoy staying at a Drury Inn!"

"Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 5. They said our room wasn’t ready because they were behind with cleaning. We had a concert to leave for in an hour. They offered me to get ready in the locker rooms in the gym downstairs. We didn’t get into our room until a little after 6. Room was pretty small. The hotel itself is very nice! Had a coffee shop, a little seating area, bar, restaurant. Extremely upscale. No other parking options besides valet and public parking. "

"We have stayed here several times over the last 8 years or so. We even had our wedding party stay here on our wedding night. Our first few experiences were fantastic. But, as the years continue the only thing I have seen gone downhill is the cleanliness of the rooms. In our room there was hair left behind on the toilet and floor. There was also lip/lipstick marks on the glasses provided in the room. The q-tips were already opened, which seemed minor at first but then as I continued to notice things it made me feel like the room was just not cleaned well. I will say the bar staff upstairs was top notch! It's just a bummer to see a place we really enjoyed staying get more expensive and less clean with each visit. "
