"Came to town to check out OSU. This house is conveniently located right across from a grocery store, and very close to campus. Easy to get around, it was nice there was parking in the driveway. If we had been limited to street parking only, we would have struggled to find parking. There is a lot of room in this adorable home. Would stay here again."

"In a beautiful location. Couldn't get any warm water in kitchen sink, water pressure low in showers but at least had hot water. Could have used a few more cooking utensils and some hot pads to remove items from oven. Washed dishes in dishwasher but not sure if the water ever got hot."

"This house was perfect for our family of 5 for OSU’s spring family weekend! Our adult ‘kids’ could come and go as they pleased and it was very close to campus and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet while being in relative proximity to some fraternity houses that were part of our festivities. Beds were comfy, rooms cute, and the home’s architecture was charming. "Such a beautiful place! Perfect for a nice quiet getaway. Was able to communicate with the hosts with ease. Very friendly and let me host my baby shower at their place. The location was absolutely amazing, there were animals coming right up to the window to feed and it was so cool to watch. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend, and book again!"

"I loved the place and location to my son who is at OSU. I didn't like that they charged for any guest over 2 people as we had 3 but the listing said sleeps 4. Also, there was only 2 towels. We also wanted to check in early and was charged $25 for that. I think using a big property management company makes this property less desirable for me to rent it again. I like the VRBO's that are more personable and easy to deal with."
