Alexa smart-tech home for lights and front door lock, All new appliances and Guest Access to Alexa. Driveway is set away from the main street. Newly furnished with high quality furniture. Pet friendly and includes a fenced back yard. Comfortable king bed with new mattress and dedicated work area with widescreen external monitor and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Split AC in main area, window fan in bedroom with ceiling fan. Family friendly Kinder Park 2 blocks east. Starbucks, Mandy Cakes (Boutique bakery) and Papa Murphy's 2 blocks away too.

This little oasis was exactly what I was needing for a work trip into Albany. The check in process was very simple, the set up was so cute - including a little feeding station for my pup who came with me, well stocked and well situated in the area. I've already told multiple people if they ever need a rental while in the area that I would share the info for this one. Only negative would be the heater was a little difficult to navigate the first night (equal parts user error).
