We enjoyed staying at this property that was a short walk to all of the major sights in Lecce. The room was fabulous and well set up with everything you need. My only detractor is that the shower needed a deep clean and bleach to get rid of some stubborn discoloring in the corners.

The hotel was an excellent location! It was super easy to walk to everything in the old town. We also really enjoyed breakfast every morning from the local pastry shop, although we didn't receive our vouchers every morning. However, we encountered a few additional issues. I had messaged through hotels.com and through Whatsapp to reserve parking and a crib since we were traveling with an infant. We never got a response until we called the day of trying to find parking. We ended up having to just find parking on the street, which was frustrating since part of the reason we booked this hotel was due to the parking option. Another reason we chose this hotel was to use the crib. However we were told that the crib was in use and we wouldn't be able to use it until the second night of our stay, which was very inconvenient. The wifi was okay the first day but was worse than our limited data plan for the rest of our stay. Other than the wifi, most of the issues were at the beginning of the trip and the rest of our stay was fine. The location was a huge plus!

I spent four nights here with my wife, and we had a fantastic experience! Our room was quite spacious, featuring a large bathroom and closet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, stocked with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. Both the room and the street were very peaceful, so we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors or traffic, allowing us to enjoy a restful sleep and complete relaxation. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful! I accidentally left my laptop behind, but he went out of his way to assist me and sent it back to me. Truly honest and very courteous—I'm extremely grateful! Additionally, the self-check-in process was straightforward and convenient, especially since we arrived late on our first day. The location couldn't be better; it’s very central with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short 5-10 minute walk. It's also easy to access by car, located right at the entrance to the limited traffic zone (ZTL), which non-locals cannot enter. We parked nearby on the street—just look for the blue lines for public parking and purchase a ticket from the machine. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose to stay here again! Five stars all the way!

Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura non è stata delle migliori. La camera al momento del check in, confermato 1 ora prima dell’arrivo effettivo, non era pronta (mancavo alcune cose come la carta igienica, il cestino non era stato svuotato, capelli nel letto e macchie varie sul copriletto, nonché la peggiore ossia il gabinetto sporco). Quando ho segnalato la cosa al proprietario, gli ho dato anche modo di lasciargli il tempo di pulirla lasciandogli l’appartamento libero per qualche ora. Dopo due ore mi manda un messaggio dicendomi che secondo lui la camera era a posto, quindi, ritornata in camera, ho controllato e la sporcizia era ancora lì. Inoltre, dopo aver utilizzato la vasca idromassaggio, mi sono accorta che i filtri erano sporchi, infatti svuotata la vasca ho ritrovato una serie di residui depositati sul fondo della vasca. Infine, al momento del Check out il proprietario non si è presentato e ha preteso il pagamento, successivamente, per intero senza nemmeno scusarsi. Che dire… totalmente sconsigliato! Peccato perché la camera è molto carina ed anche comoda come posizione.

Central, confortable mais plutôt une location

La maison est centrale, mais sur une zone ZTL, donc louer le parking peut être intéressant, si l'on souhaite rester une journée entière. La chambre est propre et calme, par contre il s'agit plus de chambres airbnb, car il n'ya pas ou peu de réception, et un contact humain réduit. Cela nous a un peu étonné.

Rude host, location is good.

Check in agent Marco is rude to guests. He accused me of making a “fuss” when I politely inquired about possibly retrieving some expensive personal toiletries left behind - realized the next day. I understand if they had been thrown away, but he was rude and cocky. He also told he “look, I have three properties to manage when I addressed being locked out in the street at check in Another guest and I were talking and he was also rude to him.

Perfekte Lage! Komfortabel und die Schallisolierung ist wirklich beeindruckend. Tolles Bad, Dusche mit super Wasserdruck👌. Wir konnten mit dem Auto bis zur Unterkunft fahren,Gepäck ausladen und danach in 300 Meter Entfernung in eine abschliessbare Garage stellen. Der Manager hat uns begleitet und in seinem Auto zurück zur Unterkunft gefahren 👍. Schönes Rooftop. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Lecce ist eine schöne, saubere und lebensfrohe Stadt, absolut eine Reise wert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
