A heritage room in a wonderfully presented property, with a spacious room with specialty tea and coffee and local fresh milk. A warm welcome from the staff on arrival and then later for a meal in the bar/restaurant. Very handy for all Ledbury has to offer and walking distance of the wide array of sights, shops, pubs restaurants, take aways and everything you could need/ want. Wandered and enjoyed several of the local hostelries and beers with welcoming locals. Returned to the Seven Stars and had an excellent evening meal that we can thoroughly recommend with great service, food quality and choice, with use of local and hotel affiliated suppliers. I can thoroughly recommend and would stay again when in the area. Thank you

The pub's centrally located and my room and bathroom were spacious, clean and looked to be recently refurbished. A variety of tea and coffee was provided. Staff were very helpful. No breakfast served midweek but cafes were easy to find. There's parking nearby and may be found free on-street. Keys provided for access and exit when the pub's not staffed.

Excellent stay Friendly staff throughout. Beautiful property low beams low ceiling full of character. Howe, if you're taller than average then be careful. I bumped my head few times nothing major. Otherwise yes defo would stay here again.

Very nice reproduction of an 18c coaching inn so all the features - low beams , furnishing, panelling - but clean and modern with it. Bathroom was nice but the floor was sloping which made me feel a bit dizzy and drunk so watch out for that if you have any balance issues. The only reason I did not give an excellent was that we arrived in a heatwave and the staff had not bothered to close the curtains so the room was baking hot stifling. We had also booked a twin (via Hotels.com) but it came up a double, The staff seemed a bit irked that we asked for bed to be divided. A fan was provided. The fridge was off and I had to find a way to plug it in . The extension lead situation was a bit precarious and dangerous. Worth eating in - food was of a high standard. Staff were fine but not overly-friendly.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed staying here, right on the main street in a spacious comfortable room. I appreciated that renovations of the building were in keeping with its age. Friendly service & a good bar meal downstairs.

Historic pub/restaurant with comfortable rooms

Lovely historic building, great restaurant and pub. It’s a very old property so you will hear people moving around. Highly recommended; comfortable spacious room and very friendly staff. Stayed in the Arkle room.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Meal in the bar in front of the fire was lovely and reasonably priced. Would have liked mugs in the room as making tea with a teabag in a tiny cup was difficult. Would recommend.

Seven Stars is a quirky old building oozing charm with its old beams and wonky floors. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and it is located in the heart of Ledbury. Whilst there was not a dedicated parking area, the public car park is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Parking is free there between 6 pm and 8 am.
