「On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. 「The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following: - The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down. - We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels - Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if...

「So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding」

「Stunning property, amamzing staff. I stay here probably 10times a year and it never disapoints. Amazing food, lovelynwell kept room with great views.」

「Overall the stay at 315 Bar and Restaurant was outstanding. The room was decorated to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and had everything you will need. On site parking is free. Food menu is excellent and a very high standard. View around the hotel amazing. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
