「On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. The balcony did not open as there were works going on to replace cladding. It was okay for a few nights, but the property needs...

「The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following: - The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down. - We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels - Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if...

「Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James.」

「The menu for breakfast was very good the staff on entry to exit were helpful and polite. Room was clean but a little dark as the building is covered in scaffolding.」

「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」
