“Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive.”

“No rooms were ready at check in. Told to come back 35-45min. Came back 1 hr 15 min later to be told maybe possibly in another hour. Came back again and was told rooms not cleaned yet and they could give a King instead of the 2 queens if i wanted otherwise might be a while. No fan in bathroom. Was an adjoining room with paperthin walls...and the adjoining door was paper thin as well. To "remedy" unwanted entry from the other room, they placed a wardrobe in front of the door knob. ”
