Checking in was straightforward, staff friendly, everything we needed in room, good parking. If we had one gratique, that would be when breafast is served, we are used to hotels being from 7am and here itv was 8am, which was a bit too late for us as we had to set off early.

Staff excellent - could be the best part of the experience. Room spacious if slightly dated - very quiet, comfy bed, nice wardrobes, good work space, iron plus ironing board, hairdryer, kettke etc. Restaurant very good. Good variety of food on offer with everything I ate cooked fresh. Proper bar as well. Excellent on site parking. Not my first stay at this hotel and won't be my last.

We stayed here for a party at the hotel and it was all really lovely. The greeting at reception was great and as it was weekend we had breakfast included which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean with everything we could need - the bed and pillows were super comfy. The function room was nice too with a lovely buffet and friendly bar staff, A really lovely stay with super staff

What a great find. Would stay again. Staff very welcoming and room had just been refurbished. The restaurant has also had new furniture. Just knocked off one star as the shower ran hot and cold a bit (good power though) and a fridge at breakfast with yoghurt and fresh fruit would have been an extra bonus. The hot breakfast was delicious and loved that there were tomatoes and not just beans! Parking was plentiful and car park was very well lit.

Stayed with our 2 small children. Warm welcome, room was clean with everything we needed. We liked the smart TV with all the streaming apps and the guest wifi was very fast. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. We got the odd whiff of cigarette smoke in the corridor and in our room but the hotel can’t really help it if people are being inconsiderate and smoking in their rooms.

Great Customer Service

The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway They also have an elevator, which is another bonus
