At Troutsdale Farm there are 2 AWARD WINNING Eco barn conversions on the family farm in a quiet location, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, by Tittesworth Reservoir. Fully renovated by the owners with care and attention to detail, Troutsdale Farm offers quality accommodation of real character and charm and seamlessly combines all the old original features to still give a 'barn feel' with modern design and home comforts that make them ideal for family get-togethers. There are well equipped kitchens, hand crafted from oak with double belfast sinks, with large dining tables.

Old Shire Stables is a lovely property that is cosy for 2, has a bathroom each for 4 (if couples),yet is spacious enough for a family or small group of 6.
AWARD WINNING Eco Barn conversion: Sleeps 6 + cot in 3 bedrooms: 1 Double Ensuite with shower, 1 Double, 1 Twin, Family bathroom with bath and shower over.
*Spacious and well equipped open plan KITCHEN with dining area.
*Spacious and comfy LOUNGE with Cleaview log burning stove, Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD player and French windows leading to ENCLOSED GARDEN with BBQ & seating with panoramic views over open countryside and the Peak District National Park.
*Doorstep footpaths leading to Tiitesworth Reservoir circular nature trail.
*Full character of original barn retained with quality conversion with exposed wooden beams, A-frames, brick and stone work.
*Lovely entrance hallway with original features and downstairs toilet just off.
*Separate utility room with washing machine and plenty of space for walking boots.

There is off road car parking and an enclosed garden area, ideal for sitting out and barbecues. Doorstep footpaths lead to circular nature trail
