「Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat! 」

「We loved the place! We had seven children with us ranging in ages from 6 to 14. They all had a great time, with the river and kayaks in the backyard. And Lake Michigan practically in the back yard. The landscaping around the house was very nice, and the backyard was amazing. With four families, we got use out of the two full kitchens. The host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely go back!」

But the best part is the proximity to the beach - just steps away. Bonfires, swimming, sunsets - what more can you ask for. The owner was super accessible and happy to answer questions. 「This location was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The host was great. We were even able to order food from the restaurant on site and they delivered right to our door. The chicken alfredo pizza was fantastic and the peach and honey wine was excellent. The location was perfect for getting to all the fun places to see in the area. We would definitely stay again!」

「Hosts are very nice and responsive. The setting is very relaxing with trees and meadows while having a water view of Sutton Bay in the distance. You are close to the city of Sutton Bay (about a mile). I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to rebook this place 」
