"The view alone was absolutely breathtaking! We had five adults and seven kids (all age three and under), and everyone had plenty of space to sleep comfortably and spread out. The kids loved the outdoor play area and couldn’t get enough of the sand volleyball court. Having two kitchens was incredibly convenient, allowing each family their own space. We will definitely be back again!"

"Beautiful home with lots of flexibility for entertaining an extended family. Both daughters and their families. The kitchen well stocked with food prep and serving wear. The fire pit was a big hit for an outdoor hotdog and s’mores roast. Nice gas grill for doing steaks. Easy access to the downtown area by driving or river walk. A very nice 9 hole golf course was less than a mile away. The beach area was well maintained and the river at the mouth was shallow enough and low enough flow that our 7 yr old grandson had a great time playing with other kids in the water. We rented a pontoon from the marina for the day and had a great time cruising on Elk Lake. Blueberry picking was only a 35 minute drive to Traverse City and back up on Mission Peninsula.Good restaurants were only a few blocks away. Also had a nice afternoon visiting wineries on Mission Peninsula. "
