Florida room: Foosball table, views of the SHARED pool (unheated), backyard, screen porch. Parking pads, circle driveway, room for dozens of cars, RVs, or boats and trailers, no unhitching necessary. Caretaker on premises in a separate area isolated from main house, no interaction necessary. Close to lakes, Venetian Park, Downtown Leesburg, Mall. One hour from Disney. No pets. No parties,

THIIS UNIT: The main house is a large 3 BR 2 BA unit with a full kitchen and sunroom. Maximum occupancy eight.

The guest house is a 2 BR 1 BA in a separate building with a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy six.
