Quite, good customer service, clean

It was a great day very easy check-in process and we really enjoyed the easy parking as well. The room is very spacious and has two bathrooms if you get the room that sleeps for so this is amazing especially for the city. The rate was also really affordable considering we booked the night before and the location was phenomenal. So highly recommend this place staff was amazing as well.

A clean and quiet room in a great neighborhood bordering Little Italy and Chinatown. Very close two subway stations (5 min walk), which means Broadway shows and uptown museums are a 20-min subway ride away. No hotel restaurant, but that is not necessary because there is an abundance of food in every direction. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, but not worth the price IMO. Too many other nice options that cost less.

Here are a few critiques from my stay. 1. Not everybody is a fan of RAIN SHOWERS! It's such an inconvenient way to shower; especially, if you don't like to get your hair/ beard wet. 2. Front desk staff needs to know what shopping is in the area. I asked a desk clerk where the nearest men's store is to purchase a last-minute pair of cufflinks since I forgot mine at home, and she failed to tell me that there's a mall around the corner from the hotel, and lastly, 3. Staff should tell people that the quicker into Times Square is not the train, but the bus. As a transit employee and having spent 3 days in the city, I learned this on my last night. The bus picks up and drops you off on the corner of the hotel. Besides, the bus was way quicker than the train- because it involved walking to the corner and then getting dropped off 3 blocks from the host hotel of my conference. But please reexamine the shower head piece, it's not practical.
