"The location of this hotel was excellent! We were able to stroll along Seine, get to Louvre, d’Orsay, Eiffel Tower easily. There were plenty of bistros nearby and the food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris."

"Overall the experience was good. I would of gave 5 stars but they failed to meet that standard to receive that. here are some areas needed for improvement. 1. the central air and heating did not work. I called to have someone come fix it and they never came. 2. the shower head was broken and would only point to the wall. No matter what i did it had kept pointing all the water to the wall. 3. I was told was no other rooms and they were sold out. so I was stuck in a stuff hot room and all they had was fans blowing hot air. Windows didnt open so no air flow. If the room would of had these simple things it would be a 5. I hope they fix this by summer because if you get that room you will die. "

"Staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a reservation that took 6 months to get resolved, The site implied you could get food and beverages however there was nothing on site. "

"Location was great. The room was okay. Didn’t look clean especially the shower. Gym was decent. Small but good. Best part was it was super close to the Eiffel Tower. Loved that. "

"We booked a room with terrace or balcony but were allocated one with it. The hotel is opposite to the station so there is noise even it is soundproofed as stated in the website. The location is excellent and room is spacious."

"Was our first stay here after doing our homework re which hotel to choose. Really lovely little hotel, very good service from Eva and she helped print out a list of fab restaurants to try snd gave us advice about getting the metro etc. Wonderful help it was. Room was nice and clean but would have been nice if there was some storage space at our bedside tables and hooks to hang jackets on in the room. We would not hesitate to come back BUT it’s much cheaper if you book direct as we could have saved around 80 Euros booking direct to hotel over our 4 day stay. Super easy to walk over the road to get the metro at Duplex and from there it’s so easy to go anywhere……just use Apple Maps and voila! The cafe on the corner of Hotel was fab for croissants and coffees. It’s very popular hotel with guests from all over the world. Highly recommended. "

"Do not stay here. Here is why...no closet in my room #28...no paper toilet holder(I had to hold the paper in my hand)... soap dispenser in shower broke when I press down ..they shut off water to all rooms as I was on the toilet and did not warn the tenants ahead of time... No towel racks or holder. ....breakfast is 730am but God help you if you get dry cereal...they yeld at me. Worst place yet. And it wasn't cheap. My army days were better. Do not stay here "
