"Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around what VIP guests are entitled to. The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the VIP experience didn’t live up to expectations."

"For the price, perfect. Close to everything. Easy checkin and checkout… quiet and good facilities. Only thing was the bedding was a little bit stained, didn’t seem to have any hair ect so it was clean just old stains assuming because the bedding is washed locally and they don’t use proper stain removal chemicals only wash and clean. Hotel needs a little bit of maintenance here and there but honestly overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Good aircon, nice staff and great pool area."

"This hotel really looked after us. The staff always went above and beyond and no request was too difficult. There was a real sense of customer care, and a real effort and care for their business which translates to customer care. We stayed twice during our last trip 4 days at the beginning and our last four days. In the 2 weeks in between visits we saw good changes, which was surprising. Our only minor negative is the pool is cold as it sits between two buildings and gets about 30 mins of sun per day, and no ability to sit around on deck chairs. As we stated ... minor thing. We would stay again. Rooms were clean, hotel was clean, service excellent, breakfast good but not exceptional ( pretty standard Bali fare ) Sin&Gazz"

"Beni - Infinity Pool - a little pocket rocket very funny very happy and makes everyone else happy! That boy will go far Gus Eta and Michelle - the restaurant - both sweeties very gentle and kind We loved the different theme night food which was well priced for buffet eating The hotel is very central to everything The music at The Infinity Pool makes it hard to read it’s quite loud and repetitive otherwise great pool"
