Thanks Team, Another great stay at the New Garden, excellent value for money and perfect location. The staff are exceptional, special mention to Kris, Made and Wayan on reception who went beyond to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Will definitely be back !!!

Loved the cool spacious rooms and the showers are to die for! We stayed in the ground rooms not the apartment rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. Location location for us.
The roof top pool is a must, the main ground was always packed, even got the rooftop pool to myself at one stage!!!
Loved our stay and will stay again.

Staff lovely, swim up bar was great. The pool on top of the building had a great view. The rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathroom, but for the price you pay, it was so convenient to everywhere. We had an enjoyable stay. You could not hear anything from the Y-Bar either.

Firstly the staff there are fantastic, cant shine enough lihht on them. I was staying a Superior cottage as was a friend in another cottage. They bith needed some work, mould in the showers on the walls, the painters had left paint on tiles toilet set was loose and even when fixed it was still loose.
It had a rainshower head coming straight out of the wall instead of above and water pressure was very poor.
The furnishings in the room were sparse, nowhere for luggage the miror on the wall had a huge space across centre if where the backing was gone. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
The grounds were aged but well kept but the aging deck had loose boards in many palces and made it uneven. I understand the cottages are the oldeat part of the hotel and are really showing thier age.
