“No staff on site. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Seedy area with lots of graffiti and rubbish around. The supermarket was very close. Both S Ban and U Ban close by. Restaurants walkable, mostly Turkish or African which was fine with me but if you are expecting a German experience it was a good way off. Probably good value for money.”

“Fremragende værdi for pengene, meget tilfreds med opholdet!”

“Sehr gutes Konzept, Check in und out problemlos, Atmosphäre ein wenig steril”

“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

Alt i alt fint”

“I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. You are one block from Kurfürstenstraße or……

“It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. ”
