"The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!"

"I stayed as I was catching a flight from SEN, I was very impressed with how clean and well presented the rooms and the hotel in general were. Comfortable bed, I slept very well. Food was lovely, fish and chips. Great view of the airport from the restaurant and bar on the 5th floor. Only a couple of minutes walk to catch the flight. Also handy for other alternative to the restaurant, McDonald's right opposite, and a range of shops at the outlet right opposite too. Easy to get to, easy to find. Pleasant to stay in. I will stay again when using SEN again. First class right across the facilities offered on site, and handy for the retail opportunities not found within the little airport."

"How this hotel has got the reviews it did, has completely perplexed me. Omitted to say it's right next to a landing strip, we were woken by helicopters landing late. We booked a premier room, if that's the standard of a premier room, I'd hate to see what a standard room looks like, I will never stay there again. The bathroom cleanliness was very bad, the bathroom sink was disgusting. I had to try and wash it before I could use it. The material condition of the room was very poor, when I tried to raise it, I couldn't get through to reception by phone, when I went down to try and speak to someone, a coach load of people had arrived so it was chaos, I couldn't wait, when I spoke to someone when checking out, I felt I was met with indifference and was asked to send them the pictures of the bathroom sink, no apology. I advised that I also had also had a fall on the stairs and hurt myself, I witnessed 2 other people have falls on the same stairs due to the last step being higher than the other steps. I was given a blank sheet of paper to fill in for the accident, never asked if I was okay. The manager was too busy for me to speak to. Save your money and give this place a very wide birth or you might catch something unpleasant."

"We arrived frazzled to a very friendly welcome. Between the beginning and end of check in, they managed to convert my sour mood into a positive one. The place was clean, well maintained and comfortable with every convenience we could need for our stay. The toiletries supplied in the bathroom were dove, which was kind on my sensitive skin. The room was cleaned during our stay as well and we were entirely satisfied with the results. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and I slept the best I had all week. We booked to include breakfast, and the food was satisfying and fuelled our travels well. The bar had a good range of drinks and cocktails, and whilst we had other plans in the evenings, it sounded like they had entertainment on that looked to be good fun! 10/10 would stay again"

"All the staff were helpful The Breakfast area has a gluten free station with bread rolls etc and a designated toaster Shame they don’t get their sausages from Tesco as they are GF but they cooked me veggie ones instead which was lovely. The food on the Restaurant was amazing - I’m not usually one to rave over food but the Sea Bass meal was delicious Was unaware I had to pay £6 to park which I felt was a bit steep on top of the room"
