“Beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely, long private drive up to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but clean and nicely laid out with everything needed to hand. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back for a longer stay soon. ”

“Room was amazing and cleaned every day. Staff were really friendly. Hotel is in a prime location for the trams/trains at Heuston station, close enough to the city centre but far enough out from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% stay again.”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room.
The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……
