The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! There is a comfy sofa, additional chair along with a Smart TV. Also provided are throw pillows, blankets and reading material if you prefer not to stream a show.

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms three of which are on the main floor of the home and the fourth is in the basement. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV, closet space and a full private bathroom. The three other bedrooms feature one king bed and two queen size beds, overhead lighting, bed side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space!

There are three full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a large vanity sink with plenty of counter space and storage along with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs bathroom in the master bedroom and the basement bathroom have stand up showers only. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

*PETS - Are not permitted at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Cancellation Policy*
Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
