「The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. 「Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need.
Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner.
