Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. 「As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The Pool was nice and had a lovely view...

「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.」
