Grange Petite Ourse "Apartamento con encanto en Les Angles 🙂 Apartamento en una casa de piedra, muy tranquilo, bien equipado, con encanto. La casa se encuentra en medio del casco antiguo del pueblo, a pasos de la plaza de la iglesia y del ayuntamiento y a pocos minutos de comercios y restaurante. Calles estrechas para llegar pero sin problema mayor, plaza de parking de facil acceso y parking publico gratuito a 2mn caminando. La terracita y el patio tienen vísta a la montaña. A destacar la limpieza y la facilidad de contacto tanto con la propiedad como con la encargada de entrada y salida. 🙁 Un solo baño y dentro del cuarto de la ducha, lo que nos es muy práctico cuando los ocupantes son todos adultos. La 2a habitación doble da a la habitación de niños y su accesibilidad es limitada (con una escalera no apta para todos)"

Grange Petite Ourse "🙂 Sans aucune contestation la vue est splendide, la propreté du lieu rien à redire, bien équipé . Idéalement placé , à proximité des commerces. L'emplacement pour la voiture face au logement est bien pratique 🙁 Par contre gros bémol sur l'insonorisation du lieu véritablement catastrophique Nous étions avec ma compagne pour décompresser au calme malheureusement nous avions une famille avec deux enfants en bas âges à côté sachant que c'est une bâtisse rénové en plusieurs lieux de location cela a été très compliqué Aucune intimité, comme si nous étions dans le même appartement 7h30 réveil des enfants dur, on entend tout !!!! Vraiment dommage ça gâche tout ...j'ai lu un commentaire à ce sujet et bien je confirme... Pour finir deux autres points pas bien graves mais tout de même. Pas un seul torchon dans la cuisine, et tapis de bain dans la salle de bain . Même si nous n'avons pas pris l'option linge de maison un torchon quand même non ? Et pour finir la tv ... Heureusement que la notice est là car il faut avoir fait math sup pour la faire fonctionner . Il ya tout un process qu'il faut refaire à chaque fois, même pour changer de chaîne Et je ne vous parlerai pas du parquet à l'étage des chambres car ça le propriétaire peut pas y faire grand chose . Mais si vous voulez vous lever dans la nuit en toute discrétion et bien ....perdu !!! Digne d'un film d' horreur avec ses craquement à chaque pas Repérer à coup sûr 🤣🤣"

Attention il faut bien regarder le nombre de m2 des pièces ! Le frigo est minuscule pour un logement annoncé pour 6 personnes. La cour est commune à 3 gîtes dont un de 10 personnes. La cohabitation est assez compliquée...oubliez le calme et la tranquillité ! De plus les cloisons entre les logements sont peu épaisses."
