Fantastic hotel

The hotel is a bit dated , beds are firm but for the price the hotel is well worth the cost and the restaurant is fantastic

If last thing in the world

Not best. Building smelling new paint for 3 days giving headache. Rooms besides being renovated with noise. Not sure why the shower cabins have two wall behind each other visible. The restaurant part was to bad to swallow.

Booked and paid in JANUARY. Arrived 16:00 (check-in allegedly from 14:00). Place was locked; could not make anyone hear us. Waited 30 minutes before finding another hotel. Had also booked dinner but the sign outside said the restaurant was closed on Tuesday (the day of our stay). Contacted hotels.com to request full refund - this was apparently refused by the hotel (though hotels.com personnel said they couldn’t really communicate with hotel very well as the staff there only spoke French. Er… it’s a French hotel!!!). Eventually given £25 in award points - well under half what we had paid five months earlier! VERY unhappy with the whole situation!

Hotel fermé à mon arrivée je suis restée devant durant 1 h à essayer d'appeler personne n'a répondu j'ai du prendre un autre hôtel.... D'après leurs voisins je ne suis pas là première à qui ça arrive... Je ne comprends pas ce que cet hôtel fait sur ce site qui est sensé être fiable. Je vais rebasculer sur booking ce sera bien mieux.

Chambre très vieille et pas très propre. Qd on rentre dans la chambre on est congelé j’ai voulu déjeuner le deuxième jour je n’ai pas pu car normalement le déjeuner est à 7h et à 7h15 même pas encore de Lumière . Joint silicone sur bac à douche très grossier
