“I feel that my say at residhome was just ok. Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt. mattress and bedding were good. The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken. some stains ... It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked. too pricey for what it is.”

“The hotel located in a remote area, it takes about 15mins walks to the nearest RER B station. Overall, its comfortable to stay, quiet and clean. Good for business visit to the Univ Paris Scalay. However, the hotel manage to host bus loads tourist groups almost daily, it can be bothersome because some tourists were loud or even smoking in the room or hallways. Wifi signal was weak, intermittent. ”

“Terrible experience. Absolutely not worth the price. This hotel is completely mismanaged. Despite the apartments still being under renovation, the hotel continued to accommodate guests anyway, which is utterly unacceptable. Almost every single morning, we were woken up by extremely loud construction noise — drilling, hammering, and constant banging. The hotel showed zero respect for guests’ right to rest. I lost count of how many times my sleep was disturbed. As a result, there was essentially……

“The room is clean and spacious, with air-conditioning which is super important during the heatwave. Though, the room didn't being cleaned for each day.”
