"We had a wonderful week in Christian's beautiful country house. The cozy house was perfect for our group—two families (four adults and five children)—each with their own bedroom floor and bathroom. "Thibaud, the host, has created a lovely property that is very comfortable and well equipped. The house was beautifully clean and had everything we needed for our stay. "Very friendly and helpful staff. English spoken. Simple 3*, but very good hotel. Don't let the strange colour pillared frontage put you off. Very convenient location on a quiet side street just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Secure (shuttered) parking behind hotel was €6/night. 3 free parking slots directly outside, also a free public car park 50 yards away. Good swimming pool. We were there during a heat wave and the room A/C worked perfectly. Good shower and bathroom."

"We just had a 1 night stay on a Sunday (which did limit our dining options). Hotel is walkable (with luggage) from/to the train station, which added to its already very good value. We enjoyed its quiet location, short walk to old town (to see the “required” statues of Cyrano & the river). Clean & comfortable room. We did not partake of breakfast. Pleasant & helpful staff (helping me to print some required paperwork & advising on dining options)."
