"Parking was easy"

"Terrible: There were many things that were problematic. The room is tiny and had slanting walls all around( banged my head twice). You have to take your bags out, walk in the rain to reception fir check-in and then take your bags and walk in the rain for the room. There is no fan in the room and the pillows were seriously stiff. Bad: Breakfast was fixed menu and was ok, I wish i had English breakfast as it liked great but sadly I had Egg Benedict with very hard did egg yolks (saw it for the first time). But having committed the crime of coding a wing menu, I couldn't go back to full English. Then, asked the lady fir vide and toast and she disappeared. Good: The bathroom was top notch, cleaning was great. Some of the staff was very welcoming. Coffee was very good. Views from window were beautiful."

"Although there was an issue with my booking on arrival (I had a confirmation but it hadn’t been received by the hotel), they were great about it and didn’t hesitate to get me a room organised. I was a late arrival and the kitchen had closed but again the team sorted me something to eat. The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended!"

"Really nice location and setting. Ideal for visiting everything Pendle or Dales. Was ideal for us as we were visiting family scattered through the area. Would certainly book again. A hidden gem. "

"Very child friendly and amazing property, Great for large groups. Only criticism is the outdated photos of then play area, the older swings and slide have been replaced with a newer set of swings. We would definitely stop here again"
