“Fantastic stay great service 2nd time I have stayed and would do again friendly staff ”

“Although there was an issue with my booking on arrival (I had a confirmation but it hadn’t been received by the hotel), they were great about it and didn’t hesitate to get me a room organised. I was a late arrival and the kitchen had closed but again the team sorted me something to eat. The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended!”

“The room was dated and had scuff marks on the doors and furniture and the carpet had seen better days BUT it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It is going through refurbishment at the moment and to be honest I expected a bit of a mess and noise but it was quiet. My partner used the leisure area and was happy with it.”

“The pub was fantastic all the staff and locals made us feel very welcome even bringing a sausage and a bit of steak out for our dog. The food was amazing all top quality and the room was incredible, double walk in shower and stand alone bath. Just what was needed after a fab day walking Pendle top!! We will defo be back”

“Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Rob and Jan are very friendly hosts, made us feel at home. A short walk into Todmorden and had a lovely day. Had a great sleep in a very comfy bed.
