“ This hotel is certainly outdated and in need of a refurbishment. That said the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. “This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and roomy. Bathroom with shower large and modern. Every member of staff that we came across was polite, helpful and friendly. A special mention for Bassam on reception. When we arrived to check in he was dealing with a very awkward and irate guest (who was completely in the wrong). Bassam dealt with everything in a most professional, calm and polite manner.”
