“Although there was an issue with my booking on arrival (I had a confirmation but it hadn’t been received by the hotel), they were great about it and didn’t hesitate to get me a room organised. I was a late arrival and the kitchen had closed but again the team sorted me something to eat. The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended!”

“NO INTERNET, NO WIFI – Otherwise very good all respects. When we arrived at Robin Lodge, we were really impressed. It is lovely. Spacious, clean, well equipped, warm. However, there is no internet nor wifi. In this day and age, to not have wifi is unbelievable and somewhat shortsighted. Whilst the listing makes no reference to wifi, I personally think that it should be explicitly stated that there is no wifi. You just have to look at the reviews to see that others, like us, have been caught……

“Staff were fantastic, very welcoming as we arrived slightly earlier than check in time. The gent from the bar explained all the parking facilities and provided us with a token for the barrier for the car park at rear of the pub. He also provided fresh chilled milk for our room. All other staff were professional, polite & friendly.”

“ Fantastic location - a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Minutes walk to Skipton Town Centre. I have had a wonderful ×3 nights stay at The Railway Inn. Highly recommend. Lovely friendly staff, I felt very welcome -which is much appreciated as a solo traveller. Lovely warm, spotlessly clean ensuite room @number 3. Delicious home cooked food! Thankyou!”
