「We have stayed at the villa rose and Jackson’s multiple times. We got at least 6-7 times per year. Staff are always warm welcoming and go out of their way to make sure we have a great stay. 「I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect.
