Rest and relaxation in a cozy apartment in Tyrolean country house style

The apartment in Tyrolean country house style for 4 people with approx. 50 m² consists of a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet, a cozy living room with double bed & couch, color satellite TV & radio and a fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, it has a shower / toilet, a storage room / cloakroom and a large covered terrace to the south with a lawn. Sun loungers & a garden set, as well as play equipment for the little ones belong to the apartment as well as a separate entrance. Cots and high chairs are available for families with small children.
Other amenities of our house include a large parking lot, regularly changed bed, table and hand wash as well as a ski and wax room.
The apartment is laid out with cotto floor and is heated - even in summer - with the pleasant warmth of an underfloor heating.



Relaxing days: The flat high valley Leutasch with a length of approx. 16 km invites you to leisurely hikes, be it a visit to the alpine paradise Gaistal or the Leutascher Geisterklamm with its imposing footbridge through the narrow gorge to Mittenwald. You can explore the Leutasch Valley on numerous hiking trails: along the Leutascher Ache, past the Weidachsee to the 'Alpenbad Leutasch', a family pool with a spacious sauna area. After a walk or a cross-country tour, you can end the day with a swim in the comfortably warm water or with a sauna in a variety of saunas.

Sunny summer time: Leutasch offers 650 km of marked walking and hiking trails through shady forests, over flowering meadows, on natural alpine pastures and on peaks that provide the necessary foresight.

Magical winter world: winter hikes through the snow-covered landscape, glistening snow fields in front of your eyes or forests deeply covered in snow - this is how Leutasch presents itself in the cold season. The cross-country skiing offer is one of the best in Central Europe. The start of the cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity of our house. Easy, moderate and difficult trails can be hiked, both in classic and skating style.
