"Steps away from Genova Piazza Principe Train station. A convenient location as we travelled to Cinque Terre and Turin, but added in travel days in Genova, staying at B and B. Older property; renovated annd clean, with the exception of really old wooden flooring. Excellent breakfast buffet. Only negative would be that the water pressure appeared to be low in the mornings and sometimes the water was cold; would recommend showering in the evening. "Great place to stay. Hosts were excellent, breakfast was great, room was comfortable and all in an excellent location. Lent us umbrellas when it was raining and helped us get a discount on the Cinque Terre walk and train pass. No suggestions for improvement as everything was great 👌"

"We had been traveling in Italy for 2 weeks when we arrived in Riomaggiorie and Terre Prime Suite. Veronica, the most amazing host we have ever met kindly provided transport from La Spezia train station to the Suite. Her adorable son serves as her Porter. "Vincenzo is the manager what can I say, he did so much for us what a superstar. We were at a friends wedding for 4 days and there were all sorts of things we needed help with from cars being towed and lifts etc. He was amazing!! The place itself is fairly basic but clean. "The setting of the hotel is beautiful; however, the hotel is not particularly equipped to deal with international guests. My experience in August was anything but relaxing with screaming Italian children at the beach, unattended and unsupervised by their parents.
