“Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reparaturversuchs durch Paolo konnte sie während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.Auch der Komfort der Betten überzeugte uns nicht (eher harte Matratzen). Im Aussenbereich befanden……

“The property had a great view overlooking Levanto. The walk into town was 10-15 minutes, but be ready for the long walk back UP to the house.A few things we felt would have benefited the stay are:-curtains or shades over the front doors and bedroom window. You are very exposed at night with the lights on, and we had neighbors staying as well.-better hot water. Lasted for approx 3 minutes and then it was cold-kitchen was lacking dish soap, towels to dry hands or dishes. -better airflow or larger……

“You can't find better location. 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from train station. It very roomy unit. I would eventually add AC unit but it wasn't bad even it was 36 Celsius.”

“Nice little unit in Levanto. Welcoming host, clean, well equipped, and close to everything you'll need while visiting including dining, transportation, beach, shopping etc etc. The unit is a bit small, but it's good for 2 people.”
