I stayed for a night with my children, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the up north feel of it. Everything was well maintained, and any time we had a question or needed help, the staff was very attentive.

Our flight was cancelled at the Pelston Airport and we needed a place to stay for the night. We had to walk to the Pelston Lodge, but the staff was gracious enough to drop us off at the airport the next morning. The Pelston Lodge offered a free breakfast, so we grabbed a snack to go for our wait in the airport. The staff had us checked in quickly and everyone was very nice.

We were there for a friend’s wedding and they were so helpful with everything. And when I needed some extra time to finish some work…they gave me some extra time to check out. Would definitely stay there again.

This facility does not have any cash on hand and all payments for the room as well as even the vending machine, provided they're working at the time of this posting, are all contactless payment as well. The other thing for people to keep in mind who are staying here is that the only restaurant that is open year-round is at the Pellston airport. Fortunately, they have great food and reasonable prices for the area. I hear there's a steakhouse nearby with good food, but it sounds like it may be seasonal. I was in town for work for a couple of days and got a great deal on the room, but outside of that this place isn't really much to write home about. If staying longer, I would recommend staying in one of the nearby cities such as Indian River.

It was a good place to stay. Our only disappointment was no elevator in the building, we were booked on the second floor and they only had one room left available on the first floor. Room was fine, but think about ensuring what floor you are on and if there are elevators.

The front desk manager allowed us to check in early. And the woman who got our room cleaned and ready for us was just wonderful. We would definitly stay there again. Highly recommended.
