「Initially looked clean. Some mould on windows in bathroom. Bed was less than average. No bedside lamps or lights. Light comes through edges of blind. Room was small and dingie. Cutlery and crockery was mishmash. Shower was clean. Was very disappointed overall」

「Lovely place to stay, a cottage with everything you need, well presented, cosy and comfortable. Host prepared the room well for breakfast, preheating, and guidelines. One of most comfortable beds I have slept in. We enjoyed our stay, and would come here again if staying in Levin again.」

「We had a great time at Time and Tide. With everything there we needed for a great stay. Plenty of space for family groups/gatherings. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests/messages.Enjoyed the beach and food at the local bar / restaurant was great with generous portions. Thanks for having us.」

「Super clean, freshly and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. A beautiful place to stay and a stone's throw to the beach. Highly recommended!」

「Room smelt clean on entering which was pleasant. The bed was hard and pillow very high. Would have liked a small pairing knife in the kitchen to be available.」

「We were very happy with the property we booked for our stay in Levin. It was a few minutes from town but easy roads and driving to our venue we needed to be at. Our accomodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable.」

「Fantastic property decorated to a very high standard. The hosts are lovely people. Definitely a must if you’re in the area.」

「Very handy to Otaki - quiet wee place. Super clean - bed could be better ( noisy rolling over by yourself) plus some warm sheets would be great! Lovely gardens if you have time to view.Perhaps overpriced for what it is. Still I’d recommend:-)」

「Easy to find, A bit of a haul up the outside stairs but view was worth it. A bit of an effort to open the key lock box. A nice place to stay」
