Swanborough Lakes Lodges have collaborated with the award winning Nomadic Sauna to create a unique escape into nature. A beautiful wood-fired sauna on the edge of a secluded and tranquil wild swimming lake. You can then cool off with a revitalising dip in the beautifully secluded lake. Wild swimming sessions are open to book by all, run with qualified open water lifeguards for your safety and peace of mind. 16+ only.

Facilities

It is not necessary to book a slot if wanting to fish at the lakes as this can be done on the day and paid to the bailiff. However, there is now a fishing App in place where a guest can book called Gocatch.fish and any enquiries can be made via swanboroughfishinglakes.com. We no longer book fishing packages for guests as the lakes are a completely separate business from Swanborough Lakes.

Rod licence and equipment is required.



Please be aware although parking is close to the lodges there is a short walk/pathways to the accommodation.



The park only accepts dogs as a pet.

Security Deposit

Please be aware there is a swipe of credit card (pre authorisation) or if by debit card a £250 security deposit. This will be payable on arrival or may be requested prior to arrival via phone (this will be refunded within 14 days).

Luxury Breakfast Pack £45 – at least 48 hours prior notice required - contains 6 Holmansbridge pork and honey sausages, 8 rashers of locally reared bacon, 6 fresh free range eggs, Flint Owl bread, South Downs butter, luxury preserve and 2 pints of milk.

Luxury BBQ Pack £45– at least 48 hours prior notice required - contains 2 handmade burgers, 6 Pork and Harveys Ale sausages, 6 free range chicken drumsticks, 2 pork chops, 2 sirloin steaks.

Deluxe BBQ Pack £75 - at least 48 hours prior notice required - contains 2 handmade burgers, 6 Pork and Harveys Ale sausages, 6 free range chicken drumsticks, 2 pork chops, 2 sirloin steaks, 4 brioche buns, Ouse Valley tomato, red pepper, and chilli relish, large bag of marshallows, marshamallow sticks for roasting, locally sourced charcoal, matches and firelighters.

PLEASE NOTE: The park will be carrying out some necessary tree surgery to a few of the trees on Friday the 12th of May 2023. The affected trees are on the outside border of the Lodge park between the park and the lakes. This will be happening sometime between the hours of 9-4pm.
