Not cleaned

Upon arrival bugs all over kitchen from trash. Dirty linens left on front porch the entire week. Tried to contact several times. One phone call stating they will make note and to what I assume a couple A.I. text responses. I personally went to Lowes to purchase bug bombs and traps to make it fit to stay. We also had to clean kitchen counters and floor. Thermostat was not under our control. Could be nice if properly maintained. The area was nice and quiet
