Great stay!

We were totally impressed with everything about this VRBO property. Great location and close to downtown Lexington. it was everything we'd hoped for and enjoyed the home inside and out. It has a great outdoor space in the backyard and a wonderful swing on the front porch to relax on. Would definitely recommend and return!

Peaceful and comfortable

We came to enjoy the horse farms and see the Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the fire table on cool evenings after sightseeing all day. Loved the porch swing and comfy beds!

Beautiful home perfect for our family getaway

We had a great experience in Lexington and were very pleased with this home. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and amenities, while still provided very easy access to all of the local activities we explored. The home itself was very clean and had all we needed for the two of us and our three kids to stay comfortably. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

Our family stayed at Seth's property during our spring break. The house was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The furniture was very comfy and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location was perfect. We walked to a couple dinner locations and the grocery store. Seth was a fantastic communicator and checked in to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Lexington.

Lexington weekend

The house was nicely furnished and was spacious. The fenced in backyard was great for grandchildren and the patio and pergola were perfect for cookouts. The location was great and central to everything including distilleries, horse park, Keeneland, groceries and Missy’s pies!

Great location

The house is perfectly situated in quiet neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants and stores. All the bed rooms are large and well laid out. It has two large living rooms for the end of the day gatherings. The house was very clean. The property manger was easy to contact and was friendly and welcoming.

Great stay at the cutest home

We stayed here for 3 weeks during August and absolutely loved this house. It is an adorable, renovated craftsman home in a super safe and walkable neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it can’t be beat! We loved walking to dinner, drinks, the grocery store, Pilates, etc. The home itself was surprisingly spacious and we really enjoyed spending time in the backyard with our toddler. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Next time we are back to visit Lexington, we will definitely stay here again!

Lexington getaway

Beautifully decorated and very roomy. Varying degrees of noise from neighbors who played loud music until 2:00 am but then it must have been graduation from University of Kentucky nearby. Very close to great dining and shopping. Will stay here again and bring my earplugs just in case. Thanks Seth for your excellent attention to details!

Nice house, central to bars, restaurants in Chevy Chase neighborhood. Comfortable beds, good communication from Seth. Some negatives, not enough silverware for 8 people- only 4 forks. The garage game room was being redone so we could not use it and did not know this until we arrived. owners workmen up and down driveway and blocking drive as they accessed garage for tools and cut wood- multiple times over multiple days- very little privacy or quiet as we tried to use back patio with all the construction traffic. He did send Spaulding doughnuts which helped a little.
